Thomas Conveyor’s manufacturing facility is located on I-35 in Burleson, TX, just south of Fort Worth, TX. The facility has approximately 230,000 square feet of manufacturing space under roof. Our capabilities include:
- Fabrication of screw from 4” to 120” in diameter
- Plasma Torch capable of cutting 1-1/2” thick material
- Laser cutting capabilities to 1/2” stainless steel and 3/4” carbon steel
- 300 ton press capable of forming up to 1-1/2” thick material
- Can roll form up to ½” thick material
- Bar roller capable of forming 1-1/2” thick bar up to 24” Dia (max)
- Machine O.D. of screws after mounting – 24” Dia x 23’ long (max)
- Primary materials of fabrication are carbon steel and 300 series stainless steel (304/ 304L & 316/316L). We also have extensive experience with AR, 310SS, 400 series SS, Monel and Inconel.
- CEMA I thru CEMA IV weld finishes available as standard. Special polish available upon request.
- All welders ASME certified – MIG and TIG
- Isolated paint booth for application of special customer specific paints (enamels and epoxies)
- Dedicated station for acid wash of SS after fabrication
- Experienced in fabrication of tanks and inlet hoppers for use with conveyors
- Test run all assembled conveyors – can assemble a unit up to 250’ long
- Continuous process Quality Assurance Program
