Yes, although all sales are in U.S. dollars.

Are Local, State or Federal taxes included?
No. We will add any appropriate taxes to your final bill. If you are tax
exempt, please let us know. If you have indicated you are exempt and we do
not have a certificate on file, we will require a copy prior to completing
this transaction.

Where do I send a drawing?
If faxable, send it to the attention of your project manager. If it is in
electronic format, email it to the attention of your project manager also.
We use AutoCAD 2000 and AutoCAD Rel. 14 as our drawing programs. You may
also send us a CD-Rom or disk with the drawings in the mail to the following

Will I get an acknowledgement of the order?
Yes. We will contact you with the final total and the expected ship
date.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept purchase orders and checks with prior credit approval. Our Credit
Application can be downloaded from the "Downloads" page.
When is my order invoiced?
You will be invoiced upon shipment of your order.
Who do I call for customer service?
Our Customer Service Departments can be reached at at 1-800-433-2217.
Simply ask for your sales representative or project manager.
What is the return policy?
All returns must be accompanied by a Received Goods Authorization (RGA) number provided
by Thomas Conveyor. Please have your original Purchase Order number available and let
your Sales Representative know the reason for the return. Made to order goods can not be
returned for credit. Stock goods may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact your
Sales Representative for further details.
How much planned maintenance does my equipment require?
All our engineered equipment comes with a manual, which includes a recommended
maintenance schedule.
Can you install the equipment for us?
Upon request, we can offer complete installation of all engineered equipment sold.

How much does it cost to install this equipment?
The cost will vary depending on the complexity of the installation. We can provide
a written quotation after we have reviewed all the details of the installation based
on the equipment you are ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
Thomas Conveyor Company has special discounts with many
freight carriers, allowing us to offer you very competetive shipping rates. The actual
cost for freight is determined by the total size, weight of the load and the final
destination. The carrier will calculate the final total based on these parameters.
How long will it take to receive my equipment?
Your order is processed immediately after we have shipping and payment
information. We ship most component parts from our warehouse within 48 hours.
Engineered pieces of equipment are calculated for delivery after receipt of
signed approval drawings. Check with your Sales Representative for further
information.
If you have an urgent matter, please let us know. We will make every effort to meet
your needs
What do I do if something is damaged in transit?
Do not let the driver leave without noting the damage on the bill of
lading. Ask the driver what the claims process is. Shipments are made F.O.B. Burleson.
It is your responsibility to file the freight claim.
Can we use our corporate shipping account with our
carriers?
Not all carriers will acept our type of shipments. However, when possible we are happy
to use your specified carrier and will ship "collect" or "bill to third party." Check
with your sales representative for further information.
